Another client to present:

Henrik who got the best Christmas gift one could get, a personal training package with nutrition plans. He had previously done a try to diet down last summer with some pretty good results when it comes shedding bodyfat, well not as good as this pictures but still on his own. The problem was loosing muscle mass and strength while dieting, doing a typical bodybuilders diet with rice tuna chicken and broccoli (well it does sound pretty tasty to me though) with a high meal frequency.

When I first met him, I could tell this guy was determined and truly had the passion for training. Except the strength related training he did floorball and brazilian jui jitsu, so I did not have to motivate this guy to work hard…

So he approached intermittent fasting, and the guy truly liked it from day one. He also loved the food I suggested to him but still with some questions regarding the choices. Could one really eat corn flakes and jam during the diet? Could one really eat popcorn and still slice the abs? The answer is yes, or is it not?

This is the start picture, late in January 2010.

This was 6months later. And still I would like to say that pictures does not say alot except the physical fitness. This guy has developed a true atheltic mindset when it comes to practice.

Some stats:

Height: 188cm

Weight; start 89kgs today 84kgs (both gained muscle and lost bodyfat using multiple training principles)

Strength stats: Deadlifts +200kgs, Benchpress +130kgs Squats +140kgs

This is with little experience from training. He’s 22years old.

Here are todays shape:

Du är verkligen duktig och målmedveten, (envis som en åsna). Ser fram emot lite uppdateringar. Kämpa vidare.
