Picture update from Egypt!

Getting warmed up for my first session in Egypt. Hot and humid.

Days are good, relaxing, training, stretching, self myofacial tissue massage with the tennisball, jumping, skipping, fasting, playing wiht my daughter, eating good food and reading.

I still do the intermittent fasting if anyone wonders, why? It is awesome. I brake the fast around 13-15 (1pm-3pm) and then I have all kind of alternatives, proteinshakes, zero impact bars which I brought to Egypt, milk and cornflakes, bread and tuna, salads. And of course we do take our main meal at any good restaurant!

I will add some more stuff tomorrow.
