Bagpipes from Egypt
Me and Johanna did a quick TRX session which consisted of:
1min max reps Sprinter starts (1min/leg)
1min max reps on 90degree rows
1min cardio on the trx lunge skipping with lateral swings
1min front squat jumps
1min atomic pushups (only me)
3min of skipping rope
We have a gym at the hotel, but we really enjoy burning as much energy in as short period of time as possible. In this weather we definitly want to train outside.
Every morning starts with:
10min total time of work with the skipping rope
5 different dynamic stretches
3 different plank positions (like the hover plank etc)
Then down to the pool for stretching, swimming and playing with Malva in the pool.
Malva & Johanna play goofy with the palm.

Here I try to teach Malva the egyptian pose. So-So.
We had some problems with our cooking plate at our appartment. We got it running again, and punished it this night with cooking
Pasta, corn, scrambled eggs and tomato sauce. YUMEE Zero Impact bars for dessert. Making up for yesterdays big dinner at Friday’s.
Anyhow I’ve got to tell you the deal with this “Dukoral” which is a vaccine against stomach diseases. Our doctor told us not to leave Sweden without taking it. So I bought it, as I thought about my daughter. But then I began to think about this: He did on several occations tell m e that dukoral may not help against all stomach dieseases when traveling & eating in these african countries. And as with everything (almost) else on todays medical market this is mostly for making $$$$$. Three dosages of dukoral was 1700sek (300$) and then we still had to take another one after we come home again.
Pure bullshit. What is responsible eating? We have bought eggs, fruit, sallad, vegetables milk and so on. Still no disaster for our stomachs. If we would have ingested dukoral we probably be thankfull, when it turns out to just be a big hole in your wallet.
