Kissing you goodbye
Hell of a week. Schedule has been tight like a mf. But still I’m pleased with my performance, got alot done this week before my vaccation to Egypt. I’ve also managed to set some personal records in my training, while beeing busy and having a hard time to find space in the calendar for my own training. “Impossible is nothing”.
Got my TRX packed up for the vaccation, and not least my skipping rope. Yeah thats right, a vaccation doesn’t only mean slacking in the sunchair for me. To be in shape and feeling good is one of my passions, and that my friends come from training, nutrition and mindset.
This is my my “going for greatness” vaccation bag:
Tennisball for sMFR (self tissue myofascial release)
TRX (for hypertrophy & functional training)
Skipping rope (for cardio)
Nutritionwise I’ve got my Zero Impact bars packed up, some tuna in curry sauce, proteinpowder, creatine.
Last but not least - a bunch of books to read in my sunchair. Malcolm Gladwell is a personal favourite.
People may think this is extreme, as I’m going for vaccation, but hey! This is my life, this is my passion - are those things to be left out on a vaccation? Absolutley not.

Corrective Exercise: Lunge with coreboard. With just moving the hand up in the air and keeping the coreboard stable there will be a great stretch in the hip region. Alot of people suffers from tight hips which definitly affect performance and daily life activities.

So, today Saturday will be my last day in the office for an entire week. Got some dietplans and trainingprograms to design, and my last workout at my facility (www.breezefitness.se). In 15mins we will have TRX Body Blast group class.
I haven’t decided yet if the laptop will be brought to Egypt, tricky question. Anyway for my clients, I will check my mail daily for feedbacks on your plans.
Now I will head out to my gym and try to beat my best record for 5km run.
