A little update with pics from the weekend. I imagen that it could be quite interesting to see what actually can happend in 30weeks, with a guy who decides to turn his life in another direction. Not only is the physical attribute interesting to see the changes in, the mindset are what It’s all about. To turn peoples bad habits around is the most difficult task you can ever set yourself up to. We will continue our work togheter, so stay tuned for updates!

First of all we have the skin issue, to loose 34kgs in 30weeks will certainly go faster than the skin to purse. This we can clearly see in the pics, there are so much skin around the stomach and lower back, I think we have to give it 6-12months to make it purse. Also we have to work on the weak points, which I think is the pectoralis region and legs. This will have to be treated with a special kind of training principle. Besides musclemass, core and reaction time has to be better. Peter is a great fan of Intermittent fasting, and as I said before not many clients dislikes it.

So lets see a pic before we started our work togheter:

And that also goes with average gym people, to change their perspective of the training. Is musclemass the only thing to strive for? What about setting a long term goal instead, cause really – cosmetics is just a funny thing. Nor is it functional, nor is it the most important thing. I met so many people who been around gyms for several years, what you should see in a person like this is a healthy functional body. But often I see people with injurys, aching joints and weak core, but a big sets of arms. Now tell me, is this what you were seeking?

As a matter of fact, you can have both big arms and a functional healthy body. It’s all about a smart plan with training and nutrition.

Take a look at this, this is my main physical qualitys I’m seeking in my clients:

Core –  Strenght – Power – Agility – Balance – Reaction – Cardio

You can make it happend, and belive me, to have all of those qualitys really improve your life in many ways. As every human beeing could be considered an athlete. We all compete in the game of life.

This car took us from Alingsås to Ystad on Saturday in an excessive manner.

Nutritionwise, I broke the fasting phase after the competition at 16, with Zero Impact bar, 2 of thoose then when I arrived home Johanna made me a calorie tight pizza with cottage cheese. Tired as hell. The sound in Honda S2000 convertible is not the best, so I appriciated some noiselessly time :)
