Comment: People in my business knows the importance of changing the mindset and behavior to make a long term success. This particular client indeed changed her mindset about nutrition and training. When we met, she didn’t have any schedule for training and nutrition. Even though activity in form of clearing the dung out from her horses and ridning. Since work is sedentary and the nutrition was horrible that activity didn’t make any significant imapct on her body. So she contacted me, and togheter we worked out a plan. I didn’t have any idea that she would become one of my most succesfull clients ever.
Look at the stats:
Weight: -20kgs this is over 25% of her bodyweight since the start.
Bodyfat (due to caliper): -24%
Waist circumference: -20cm
So here we have a “new” human beeing
Who could ever belive that this individual would stick to a clean diet and regulary doing squats? The odds in my book was against her, but he showed me that with the proper mindset and goals everything is possible.
Soon she will be another TRX trained athlete. I just can’t wait to see her in a couple of months, as more changes in body composion will be obvious!
