After some hard headed hours in the office with phonecalls to those suckers at tele-2 I just had to let tmy fury out on the weights. Me and David did Zone-Training also known as 21:s.

The workout was a good one, weights were not high, but i certainly achieved the pump that I was looking for. The Zone training has some benefits according to studies, with a potential better muscle hypertrophy, I wouldn’t put all my training to the zone metholodgy but it sure is nice with some variation.

The training:

Legpress, I did 8reps in the bottom-half position of the exercise, and then 8 reps in the end position to the half, after this 8 full reps. With the correct weights, you will suffer…

Benchpress on only 80kg for 22.

The Chinups was a interesting story as well, 24reps in this fashion is tough…

I’m only 3kgs away for competition form, and this 3kgs certainly make the difference. The last kgs make suchan impact on the conditioning. I think I will hit the competition form for the NY trip as I has been called to a meeting with a guy who makes articles for some american magazines. Better start to count the calories :)

And this weekend, I better not allow myself more than 2 beers.

Later today I will do some TRX training, funny time :)

But now, I will start throwing fits again in the phone.

I hate TELE 2, this company is cursed by the devil.
