Measurement

This morning I was measured by another PT at my gym, here is the results:

Subscupular (back): 6,4mm

Suprilliac: (above the hip): 3,6mm

Triceps: 3,8mm

Biceps: 2,5mm

Waist circumference: 80cm (right on the belly button)

So if you go by the book  (harpenden caliper) I’ve was down to 5,8% fat which is clearly not correct, even though conditioning is good. I will keep the measurement and compare it with another month.

It’s not to hard to stay on these numbers if you know how to do it. And this is clean from all types of illegal drugs aswell (but plenty of supplements though). I know that many people in the industry uses alot of stuff to keep them in shape, but whats gonna happend when they can’t afford it or just realise that you can’t live like that? Then you’ve gotta now your nutrition and get a hold of some good habits, and how easy is that?

Supps used: Blue Gene, Lipo-Bolic (some days), Orange Triad, Nectar Isolate, Double Pro (casein), White Flood, Green Magnitude, Duravol (eiselt tester), Omega 3, Zero Impact bars and Vitargo.

I can assure you guys that when Revolutions will come out with their new product “Crack”, this will freakin rock. Google it and take a look at the ingridients…
