Yesterday was a long day at work. There is just so much work in front of the screen, and construction work (even thoogh I almost just standing and watching). The period May-June is just so filled up, I don’t know how I will manage everything that has to be done, and still have a life beside it.
Three very interesting seminars will be given during May, and all of them are demanding, but who doesn’t like challanges?
As the saturdays intake of food was high in both fat and carbs, I usually do this: I lower my intake of calories drastically on sunday to about 40% under maintenance. The calories comes mostly from protein and fat, yesterdays intake was like this:
Break the fasting phase at 19.00 (I ate until 12PM on Saturday)
400grams of Cod (cooked in broth)
Large sallad with lettuce, cucumber and peppers
1 Whole grain/sourdough bread with 5% cheese and ham
1 Pear and 1 apple
Totally 100grams of proteinpoweder (micellar casein and some whey isolate)
250grams of cottage cheese
hm, there was some other but I can’t recall. Anyway calores ended on ~1600.
Today I’m all in again on my maintenance calories.
Well I’ve got to go, clients and writing, and eventually I will do another strenght session today on Keiser, where the focus will be on functional training and creating power (as seen in Newton on FT machine). Hope my toe will stand it…
