Update Anders Ö

So I’ve got some news concering Anders Ödal, one of my clients that’s  a succesful Brazilian Jiu Jiutsu fighter.

He’s now brown belt and competed in European Championship 2009 in the +100,5kg class and the open class. Late in 2008 he won the Scandinavian Open.

He also won the Swedish grappling league this year and was one of the nominated people for the local sports awards.

He’s using a modified approach of Intermittent fasting, and has dropped over 20kgs of fat since the start early in 2008.
