Re-Arranged

So I since there seems to be a demand for more blogs in english, here’s one. Even if my language sucks.

I was actually in bed minutes from midnight, but found out that I just couldn’t fall asleep. I don’t know why, but it doesn’t matter, there is work to be done and blogs to be written.

I just can’t imagen this was me 9weeks ago, standing there after a 15hour working day in my future gym, “Breeze Fitness”. All the fear I had some days that everything could just turn, a major investment for me, a small one for the rich. Todays it works out ok, I can make a living of it, even if the sallary isn’t good. I made some sad calculations of my hourly wage… you don’t want to know the answear. Or yeah you want to, but I don’t. (on the left I have one of my best friends, the one and only: Keiser Functional Trainer)

 

This past weekend I didn’t represent the healthy life, man it was filled up with plenty of candy, peanuts and popcorn and (hold your breathe) beer. Yes, beer – again. Well I was feeling peckish over som beer, and I gave myself into it, And it was good!

And on top of this I didn’t work out on 6days, there was only one session with cardio training, the time wasn’t really on my side that week. But everyones has got to work to make a living, me to DAMN*

So to get back in lines with my “normal” life and my everday shape (bodyfat) I just cut down calories 2days and make some estimations of how much I overconsumed this past weekend. In my calculations I had a surplus och about 3000kcal (over 2days), the termic effect of food could not be more than 5%, my food wasn’t that high i protein. And after all this years of high protein feeding, a week of that kind of schedule couldn’t hurt a bit. It was just nice.

So over 2days now I will be on a deficit ~1500 calories a day, then I’m heading back to energybalance which is about 2700calories (well a slight surplus will be present  – after all Christmas and New Year are soon to be celebrated). On this occations I will live as I allways do, fasting until we eat the supper. I try to make some better choices in terms of food aswell, I rather eat carbs than fat since “de novo lipogenesis” isn’t a deal with my athletic (ha ha) body. Carbs just don’t turn to fat that easily in active people bodies. Couch potatoes have to beware of any energy surplus as they very easy turn out to get fatter, and without a good plan after or before theese holidays the sure will be fatter.

Another thing is on my mind right now. A member of my gym has sufferd a breast cancer, I feelt so sad reading it on her blog this day. I’ve decided to give the person some extra support, I don’t know this person I’ve just spoken to her. This is a fellow creature, and even if I don’t know her I feel compassion and sadness. A little support from a nobody couldn’t hurt.

Let us all pray for the people suffer any kind of cancer.

This times a year we all want to make some kind of gift to the poor ones, I will send my to “Adventist kyrkan” since I know that the money will be used. I do belive there is plenty of scams in that kind of business, and don’t want to donate any money to those with wealthy bosses. This certainly isn’t the case of “Adventist kyrkan”

Today I started training again, with a client:

Aged ~40, I turned his bad habits to good ones. I will present him later on in the “client” flap. He lost 25punds in 8weeks and keeps on gaining muscle (or neuological responses from the muscles?)  Anyway his doing really good, and I couldn’t be happier since changig habits in a “old” person is one of the most difficult tasks you could end up with as a Personal Trainer or Sports Dietist.

We did some antagonist training Chest+Back

I did some inclined benchpress on 100kgs and 110kgs

Seated row whole stack för 10reps, and then I added 10kgs and did 8 reps, MAN i was feeling strong today in that exercise. And with some rest the past week and plenty of carbs, there is no doubt that the energy levels are on top of me!

Fasting the whole day until training at 7PM, then breaking the fast with NO-Explode, vitargo and Purple Wraath. The next hurs I consumed about 1300kcal with most of the energy beeing represented in form of protein.

Tomorrow I will start up with the radio, 2hours, funny-time!
