This client represent the kind of people that usually don’t put their effort in strenght related training. Bodytype is without doubt mesomorph, gains in LBM and dropping fat is fairly simple.  So other than dropping her bodyfat level down. My mission was to find a balance where diet, strenght training and her mountainbike trekking functioned with her work and social life. To make this happen we started out with a fairly though diet regim where she dropped several kilos of fat (6kgs in 4weeks) while getting her “feets” in the gym. (she wasn’t ”green” on strenght training though she just hadn’t found the optimal workout schedule)  When bodyfat had dropped to the level we preferd (about 20%), we changed the diet and the strenght training schedule. A modified kind of Intermittent Fasting schedule was developted to fit her life. And this is by all means one of the most crucial aspects of a nutritionplan design. The clients should have minimal problems to stick with the plan.

One aspect of the current diet/training schedule is to make her mountainbike trekking (as this is her main interest) sessions more intense (or as intese as before) while still beeing on a calorie restricted diet. This is usually a problem when beeing on some kind of calorie restricted plan.

Strenght training is scheduled 3 times a week, which is sufficient for all the benefits from this kind of training.
