This truly gifted athlete has a background as an american fotball player. With a active work and a intense workout schedule we had some troubleshooting with his calories, trying out very carefully were he gains LBM and keep the bodyfat low. He’s currently on a trainingschedule with diffrent phases includning my Olympian Body, Mass program and Volume Training program. Gains in strenght and LBM appears to be quite easy for this fellow (when we nailed his calorie level), and with his age and genetics it’s obvious that if he does everything correct with training and nutrition I will certainly look forward to se how this develops.

As we all know American Fotball is a very injury related sport, so special exercises have to be added to this clients workout schedule to work his outer quad sweep (vastus lateralis) without affecting the kneejoint. Squats might not be a good idea for all people and certainly not if you have problems with the knees. Greats legmuscles can be build without this exercise, belive me.

We started out directly with intermittentt fasting and after about 2weeks he noticed plenty of favourable things, increased strenght, lower bodyfat and more energy on work.
