Spain update 3
So a couple of hours after the mountain trekking we had some lunch (me and Johanna had our break-fast), my “Annorlunda järpar” (low fat-meat dish) with rice plenty of vegetables and rice. Some sun un top of that and you have a pretty tired trainer…
So I will start the personal training lessons for the day, in the middle of the day so that one’s don’t have to suffer from the heat outside. We have about 35degrees celcius and plenty of sun.
The mountain trekking wasn’t 5hours today it was 2,5 (we decided to climb another top on la concha) so 2,5hours of low intense cardio is a good fatburning actitivy to start the day with. I must say that the lactacte was building up in my quads during the last meters when we decied to go “all out”. On top we took some pretty nice pictures!
So now I will head to the gym!

Tonight we will do some volleyball for evening cardio, and tomorrow we will have complete rest to “reload” the batteries for mountainbike and some more gym!
