Diet: Intermittent fasting (and yes, his lifestyle)
Personal Goal: To gain better knowledge about nutrition and training, learn how to manipulate his food intake for peak and for a good form year round.
Marcus is not the average gymrat. In fact he has only been working out with weights sporiadic. His main sport interest is tennis. His acchivement with bodyfat and strenght are pretty amazing for a ten week diet. Bodyfat went down about 4%, waist circumference decreased 8cm and his strenght went up in ALL lifts. In fact the only time Marcus complained about the food intake was the last two weeks, as we had to lower the calories a little bit. Still he wasn’t lethargic or experiencing any physical problems, which is very common during a diet.
Marcus show that a slimmed physiqe is acchiveble to anyone who decide to learn how the body works and what type of food that is considered to be quality food. His view on food will never be the same again, and that is by far one of the most valuble lessons he learned.
We will continue to work with his physiqe and nutritionplan, another photosession will be done in a year or so.
