Diet: Intermittent Fasting (well I wouldn’t just call it a diet, It’s a lifestyle)
Supplements: Purple Wraath, Orange Triad, Vitargo, Yellow nEuphoria, Burn-Force, White Flood
Magnus consulted me in May 2008, 6weeks later we had a fotosession. In 6weeks he had reached his goal, 9% bf (ref HSK-BI-3.DOC issue98 – Harpenden Skinfold Caliper HSK-BI) and a without significant lost of Lean Body Mass.
During the 6week diet, he lost 8mm in the measurements (harpenden caliper 4site), which is truly a good fatloss in 6 weeks.

“I decided to join Seth’s gym autumn 2007, this was mainly because what I’ve heard about Seth, he was helpful to his members and had a passion for seeing them develop in terms of training and nutrition. I didn’t know him at all I’ve just red some on his website and the articles about him in the Swedish musclemagazine Body, and I was pretty impressed by his way of living and his competitions in Athletic Fitness.
Since I joined his gym, he was helpfull even though I wasn’t his client, he gave me some training program (that he has all free on his gym for members). I had no doubts, this guy had such a passion for fitness and to help other people find the motivation to live a “better” life.
We started to talk about supplements, which is clearly one of his interests, he explained so much to me, and that helped me to pick the right supplements for my goals. This guy has a lot of knowledge that I just couldn’t find on the internet, and I’m a pretty active forum guy…
Seth really take time to explain for clients/members about training/nutrition/supplements which I feel is a really important factor in his successful business.
So after all help from him I decided to be one of his clients, I did let him do my training program and my nutrition plan, even though I had some doubts, after all I have worked out over 10years of my life and red about everything that’s available on the internet, how hard can it be? I thought I had a lot of knowledge about nutrition and training.
I realized that I was wrong…
Before we started the nutrition plan I had tried the Intermittent Fasting that Seth’s was talking so much about. I tried it but it just didn’t worked out for me so left it.
The first thing Seth told med when he had my “game plan” in his hands was that I should try IF… I was pretty anxious. I decided to do it anyway because I consulted this guy so he better know what he’s talking about. What a difference, IF was the thing for me, I’ve done it all wrong before, even though I’ve red so much about it on the net. And of course the was a reason that I didn’t work out for me before – I ate wrong!
That day I decided to get to the best shape in my life, and thanks to Seth’s coaching ability’s, nutrition plan and training, it worked out!
During this 6week period of my life, I have learned so much about my body, myself as a person, nutrition and training, that I didn’t think was possible. I don’t see any obstacles anymore, I can take my physique to a higher level natural, that I ever thought was possible.
I will continue with Seth’s consultations during my offseason period, maintain a good form, and try to improve my flaws.
Seth’s coaching ability’s is not to be taking lightly, when I was down and had obstacles in my way (both mentally and training) he helped me and gave me new energy. He is truly one of the greatest Personal Trainers in my opinion. “
