Introduction
People from time immemorial have studied and written about the human body.
Why all this interest in the human body ?
The answear is quite clear to me: your body is the only thing you carry with you from the moment you are born until your very last breath. Knowledge of one’s body, it’s structure and functions represent some of the most practical, usefull information that a human want to possess.
If this is something we can agree on, then how does one explain why so many people today basically still infants when it comes to an understanding their own bodies?
To many people abuse their bodies with to much food, wrong food, to much drugs, to much alcohol, to little exercise, to little sleep then their bodies can tolerate. And we all know some very significant and serious consequenses.
I work with clients with different characteristics, the really overweight, gymrats, the people who didn’t like exercise, the people who had some issues with food, average joes and top athletes. Making these people find their optimal way to health and performance is my job.

Don’t look for a quick, easy fix, to maintain you’ve got to learn how to manipulate food intake, exercise and what psycological mindset you need to have. Alot of my clients claim that they have a new look on life, food and exercise. And this is one of the most important factors for a long healthy life, to enjoy the situation and really appreciate life.
Everybody is an athlete! Even if you don’t go to the gym or play any sport you compete everyday in the game of life. In order to succeed you need a strategy to build and maintain the necessary strenght and energy to accomplish your goals.
Consider this: Athletes who gets paid for beeing in shape av perform have one part of the year called the off-season. When do you have your off-season? Never? Not all of us can take benefit of an off-season.
Sometimes the extravagant athletes problems are pale in comparasion to a average joes and people like myself. The situation we all can happend to find ourself in everyday is just as mentally and physically grueling as anything you find in sports. Most of us don’t have anytime to practice; the game of life is going on all the time. Competition of life follow us to our very last day. Our performance impacts the quality of life and destinies of those we care about most.
People sometimes forget why they try to be active and train. Looking great is fun, and it is without any doubt important for your self esteem. Hear me out: you should also achieve the other aspects of what the core thoughts of training are: sharper mental edge, increased energy and reduces/prevent the chance of getting a injury/disease.
Understand that this doesn’t have to take all that much of your time, neither the diet or the training. Good results are delivered by a good plan.
